Shop Information and Policies
All of my work is handmade and one of a kind. As a result, minor imperfections, marks or variations in each piece are natural and expected. These differences give each piece its unique character, charm, and beauty. Just like you!
I intend for my pieces to be functional but they are still art. If you treat them kindly they should last indefinitely. I recommend washing by hand.
Pottery is breakable and heavy, and shipping it safely is expensive. Shipping costs are conservative estimates and include my packing material cost. If it turns out to be cheaper than estimated I will refund the difference to you.
Your new piece will be double boxed with bubble wrap & peanuts to keep it safe & sound. Packages go out 1-4 business days from the date of purchase. I ship USPS or UPS ground depending on the size of the item and what is most economical. All items are insured with delivery confirmation.
Sales through this website are limited to the US for the time being. If you'd like to arrange something outside of this, please contact me directly.
If you live in Washington, you will be charged sales tax. If you are in the Seattle area and would like to arrange to pick up your work in person, let me know, and I will give you a free shipping code
Should any damage occur during shipping, please contact me within one week of receiving your item with photos of the damage. I will happily replace it with a similar item of equal value.
Please contact me within seven days of receiving your order if you are unhappy with your items. Return shipping costs and safe arrival of returns are the responsibility of the customer. Custom orders may be returned only if damaged in shipping.
If your purchase is a gift, please let me know. I am happy to include a note from you and leave out the receipt.
If I haven't answered your question here, please let me know! Email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I'll get back to you right away!
