Shipping

Orders are shipped 2-4 business days from the date of purchase. I am the person who makes, packs, and ships everything, so your patience and understanding is appreciated. If your order is time sensitive, please email me at hello@jenniferfujimoto.com and I will do what I can to get it sent quickly.

All items are insured with delivery confirmation. I ship USPS or UPS ground depending on the size of the item and what is most economical. Pottery is breakable and heavy, and shipping it safely is expensive. Shipping costs are conservative estimates and include my packing material cost. If it turns out to be less expensive than estimated I will refund the difference to you.

I try to be as earth-friendly as possible. Your new piece will be packaged carefully with a combination of recycled bubblewrap, recycled peanuts, Greenwrap and packaging paper to keep it safe & sound.

Returns

All of my work is handmade and one of a kind. As a result, minor imperfections, marks, or variations in each piece are natural and expected. These differences give each piece its unique character, charm, and beauty. Just like you!

If you are unhappy with your items, please contact me within one week (seven days) of receiving your order to arrange for an exchange or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs and safe arrival of returns are the responsibility of the customer. Custom orders may be returned only if damaged in shipping.

To start a return, you can contact me at hello@jenniferfujimoto.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and other issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take photos of the damage and keep all shipping materials for the purposes of filing a claim with the shipping provider.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned unless damaged in shipping. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
